I was #4, and I never bowled on Thursday. The last couple years I was only able to bowl every other week because of my job. Its been a good six or seven years since I bowled. Really liked the B league alot of very good bowlers!

Jessica Sanford tournament starts this saturday. who do you think has a good shot of winning the boys division?
Look for the young Dominique Cruz(Spelling), Kody Perrine, Geoff Newland? Also look for Jeff Zeigler; the lima city tournament champion.

i just bowled my first 279, with a ringer 7 in the 5th... not bad for switching my style a week before

lets see what alleys produced the best bowlers of the year

how do you get into bowling leagues and such if your school doesn't have bowling as a sport?

Biggest thing is to find a place that has leagues and try to find a team that needs a bowler or make your own team. Some places have HS leagues on Saturdays otherwise you are left to bowl in the adult leagues every week.

b4m- I have had numerous 279's this year and had my first 299, rock 9 on my last ball about a month ago. Still searching for my first 300. Good job on your first 279 and you will keep looking back on those "what if" pins the more of those that you get. That is why this game is so fun.

I don't know about "Bowler of the Year" but the annual Norada Classic (a 24 game marathon) was won by a young lady with an entering average of 84. How's that for a finale?

Well, we ended up the year winning the second half and then winning the roll off also for league champs this year at Holiday Lanes in Defiance. We now head to Vegas this weekend to bowl on Monday team and Tuesday singles and doubles. Hopefully I can bowl as well as I did yesterday and keep my timing in check. Regardless, it looks like good weather with it being 86-88 the whole time!
