I believe his father was pretty well sound at the game and his uncle Rodney might have played slow-pitch, but its the same basis and he was pretty sound as well...want to tell me how that opinion is off...?

I heard from FJ that 2 freshman will be in the outfield, can anyone here confirm this and if its true any names and are they worth starting??

Yes that is somewhat true. 1 maybe 2 freshman will start for FJ this year. They lost a ton from last year. 2b and 1 or 2 outfield positions will be needed in some cases.

Baseball probably is the kid's best sport. He is a good football and basketball player and was one of the best players on both of those teams. He deserved to play, and if he plays for the varsity in baseball he will deserve that as well.

Of course he only plays because there is a "group" conspiracy who holds coaches down and forces them to play certain kids, because coaches don't worry about playing the people that allow them to have the best chances to win they just want to keep certain people happy. sarcasm.gif

Obviously you don't know more because you like to put words in posters mouths. He is a good player but I can name quite a few really good athletes that do NOT have "the right blood running through his veins" and they made it quite far. If he wants to make this life's work he should have gone to a larger school. Its a fact of life.
He's good but needs to get seasoned against older players. Did I post he didn't deserve to play? Would like to see him get great not just good. When a player waits for a call from a ref after he's fouled it signals he needs more experience.
Didn't mention a group.

The kid has potential--not only does he have athletic blood from his dad he has it from his moms side. But he needs to keep his head on straight. He will be a force to be dealt with if he stays on the straight and narrow.
As to the group theroy--its been working at LHS for awhile and yes they do hold coaches accountable if the right players are not played. These are the sports so far that the group members have accosted coaches about playing time--Volleyball-girls and boys basketball, softball, and football. Not sure about baseball. Fact not speculation. But I won't give out names and I actually know some dates.
Hope Leipsic does well this season they are due its been a while since they went to state!
