Less than a week until College BBall starts... not that it really matters until football is done... but if you had to pick a Madness winner right now, who would it be? Personally....hate to say it, but Im going with the North Carolina Tar Heels.... lots of talent on that team.

Haven't been able to pay much attention to the roundball ... but I've always got to go with Kansas. Jock, chalk, Jayhawk ... KU!

I'm going with UCLA! Very good defense!

UCLA and Memphis will be in the mix. UCLA's freshman center Kevin Love is a beast down low and Memphis freshman guard Derrick Rose will be this years Kevin Durant.

I am going with UCLA, UNC lost brandon wright to the NBA, and he was a better player than most people think.

But you know I am still shocked that Ohio State is not ranked in the top 25. Neither is Flordia. They said this is the first year that both teams that played in the NC where not ranked the next season. Ohio State has another great recuriting class coming in, and I sure Flordia has a few good ones coming in. I think these 2 teams will be dark horses to win it all..

Of course, when you lose to D-II Findlay Oilers in an exhibition game, it kind of goes to show why folks aren't expecting too much from your team this season.

They live in the state of Michigan. They screwed themselves for life on that one.

You can never forget about a Jim Boeheim coached squad! rolleyes.gif I was a little hot on the Johnny Fly bandwagon I guess though. 28 in his debut and I was going crazy and then he only went for 5 last night. (The 3 most important points of the game though!)

I'm going with North Carolina, and I am more than happy to say it(been my team for life).

Game225, true that losing Wright hurt, but I think Deon Thompson will be a household name by the end of the season, he's that talented....mark my words.

Oh and one more thing, 7 days til I'll be in Cbus to watch UNC beat down OSU for the 2nd year in a row(even tho last yr was a 7 pt game or so).....and 10 days til I get to see them do it to UK at Rupp!
