How so? Like others said. Go easy on the powerhouses in Duke and Navy.

This year, OSU does have a weak schedule. Look at the schedule in a few years. I know it gets a bit tougher but I'm too lazy to look it up. The only team I can remember is USC though.

NDfan, you need to stop with the whole "standards are too" bid because it won't get you anywhere, and this is coming from a ND fan. First off, the standards are elevated for people who want to go to ND, but you know what, they have had athletes get suspended from ND before and some were even on the football team, does Julius Jones ring a bell. Secondly, ND is just as capable of getting great athletes as UM and OSU. Clausen was the number one recruit in the nation last year and is at ND, along with others.

Also, yes we do have a young team and by the end of the year they should be good, but we need them to be good NOW! After the preformance against GT, we are going to get stomped by PSU, we might be able to sneek by UM, depending if they are still down from their loss or we will get the blunt of their frustration and lose, MSU I'll say we can win along with Purdue, UCLA no chance, BC we'll win, USC we just won't go there, so a 7-5 or 8-4 will be extremely good for the team this year.

And I'll close with this to the OSU fans, this is not meant to downplay you guys, but seriously the whole 34-20 scoreline is really getting old. It happened 2 years ago. You had the better team and you outplayed us so congrats, and LET IT GO ALREADY!

Yeah, the 34-20 scoreline is almost as old as the ND "standards" I guess.

Yeah, Notre Dame hasn't had a decent team in years. Last year, year before, and about five years before that...They've all been middle to lower-tier of any BCS conference. They sucked. This year, they'll suck. Not a knock on Notre Dame, they just play the patsy parade and then get pasted when it comes to playing the upper echelon teams. Give them time, they'll get back to the rep they like to give themselves...just not remotely close to being there yet...or recently in the past.

He is 23, a 5th year junior from St. Henry, Ohio. His name is Todd Boeckman and he grayshirted and redshirted.

Remember Chris Weinke?

Was around my buddy who is a ND fan this weekend and he was saying they'll be lucky to have a winning record this year, even with the schedule of perennial doormats. At least some ND fans don't have a superiority complex.

Yes, quite the loser, obviously, because he accepts a free education for 6 years in pretty much anything he wants. Hell, he could be outta law school by the time he finishes his senior season if he played the free academic opportunities at Ohio State enough!

Ha...yeah...his thought process obviously doesn't get too deep when it comes to climbing into bed with his favorite team.

Grayshirt= giving up your scholarship without playing.
Redshirt= staying on scholarship but no playing.

There you go.

If we're into comparrisons bigNDfan, how about coaches:

Notre Dame: Charlie Cheeseburger - arrogant and over-rated
OSU: Jim Tressel - class in every sense

I'll take the guy that wears the sweater vest versus the guy who wears his belt under his boobs.
