Napoleons Connor Pain-10:76 (lots of wind that day at his back normally runs an 11 flat)
Patrick Henrys Greg Flowers 11:41
Patrick Henrys Nick Powers 11.49 (these 2 arent even the best at PH with drew kuesel still out with a hamstring pull)

From St. John's, Cameron Hermillers best time was 10:96 which is the school record and this time also helped him win Gold at the State Championship.
That's the second time he won state (first time was with the 4x1 relay team) and he is only a Junior. Hopefully he can get the time lower and can come away with another state championship. Good Luck!!

For hand times you round to the next 10th and add 0.24, so really Mr. Tindall ran about 11.14 - not bad, but not particularly great, either.
Do you not know that in a race all the runners run to win, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you get the prize! 1 Cor 9:23
