So if you were the Raiders who do you pick? right now they are looking to trade for a Qb to get...Tim Rattay?? so If you trade for him you better get Johnson, pay Randy Moss the money and tell him to shut the hell up and play, the rest of the draft get OL cause they were freaking horendous last year....

Yeah, I don't think the Raiders can select a player on the defensive side of the ball during the early part of the draft. It needs to be all offense, for the most part. If they select a defensive player just to "fill a role" later in the draft or something, that fine, but they need linemen, a QB, and something consistent from the RB position. Although, if a defensive player just falls to them that shouldn't be there, FINE, make the pick.

If they can make a trade for a decent QB then I would take Johnson with the first pick and then hope that Trent Edwards is still on the board when they pick first in the 2nd round. After that they need to get some O-Linemen.

will the new off field policy be a big factor in what some teams do now?? I dont think it will play that much of a factor for a big time player, but in the late rounds it could

Branch before Okoye? Dwayne Jarrett this early? Definitely don't agree there, but who knows.

I think teams will draft according to the new policy for a while, but then they'll see first round talent sitting in the mid-2nd round and say "forgive and forget" and things won't be too different.

I would trade the #1 pick. in exchange they could get still get a top 8 pick and that teams 2nd and 3rd round picks also. So i would draft Joe thomas and then get either drew stanton or heisman trophy winner troy smith.

Your right WON....teams will eventually say "piss on it, were taking him"...then they'll add an ignorant amount of behavioral clauses into his contract that will highly persuade his butt to stay out of trouble

I've been saying this for a while: Ginn to the Bengals IF HE'S THERE! Ginn wants to play DB, Bengals will need a WR to fill in for Henry for the first 8 games of the year. Draft Ginn, start making him a DB and play him at WR while he learns the ropes for DB at the NFL level. Then, when Henry comes back, you have Ginn able to concentrate more fully on defense. There'd have to be some players dropping a LOT further than expected for Ginn to be there when the Bengals pick and the Bengals not take him...

Just my opinion...

I've heard more than one mock draft say that these will be the picks for the Steelers and the bengals, but they think that they may be flipflopped with the steelers taking Revis and the bengals taking PP

I like you guys thinking that the Browns will draft Joe Thomas. I want Adrian Peterson or Thomas-but the so-called experts keep saying they are going to draft Brady Quinn....or is it his sister-I get confused. I DONT WANT QUINN!!!

My 2007 Mock NFL Draft:

28. Seattle No Pick in 1st round

You sure you want to claim this as your Mock Draft?

Seattle's pick goes to New England in the Deion Branch deal earlier in the fall, if I remember.
