Not to contradict VanWert paper but, Delphos Tri Co club was not the only club that was making their 1st tourny showing at OG....Ada's club was also making their sesaon debut. Not exactly sure how Ada did in total wins and losses but what I did see they didn't look too bad. Sure is fun watching these little guys ( and some girls out there) go at it on the mat.

Good to hear about the Ada guys & girls participation dog. thumbup1.gif

I checked the Ada Herald & Lima News & found no mention of the Ada team, so thanks for filling us in. If I find anything in the future, I will certaily add it, as I'm trying to pick up traffic in the wrestling forum.

If you, or anyone reading this, has articles, stats or just an overview/thoughts on a meet to add at any time, please post them. It will be greatly appreciated.

mamba - No word yet, and now we're into the weekend, so I'm gueesing I won't hear anything 'til atleast Monday. Just thought I'd let you know since I was already posting here anyways.

Much appereciated dog! thumbup1.gif

I did a search last night & did find Ada as a Tri- County club. So maybe that is it? I'm not sure, so I'll be looking for your post as well. And, it would be great if your coaches could take the time to submit their results to the paper. I check the Herald quite often.

I can't tell you all of the coaches at Delphos Tri County but I can tell you some.
Scott Wessell, Keith Buettner, Jaime Rassman, John Bonifas, Larry Heiing, Mike Martin, Guy Schmersal, Bruce Vermule, Brent Binkley. That's all I can think of right now.

If you want to see these young men wrestle come up to Delphos St. John's Gym on Sunday. Wrestling starts at 1:30.
