No offense but i doubt ada has a big shot at #1. The reason for me saying this is if i remember right there center fullback, i think he was #7, is gradruating. The two or three games i saw ada play he was the only reason they didn't get scored on many times. They will still be a top team but i dont see them at #1. But thats why they play the game, we will see.

I would have to say that C-R will be the team to beat next year in the NCOSA. They only lose 2 starters and they are both offensive players and they are replaced easily from what I hear. Their defense will be stronger since they will have a year under their belt. Plus they will play Ada and Riverdale at home next year and CR is pretty good at home.

Riverdale and Ada will be pretty evenly matched and should battle for 2nd place.

VB, Upper and Calvert will all be pretty similar

Mohawk and Old Fort will battle for last place.

Wow, Man u fan, you've done a complete 180 degree turn since the beginning of the year. You started out as anti-CR and now you're pro-Cr. Did you get a CR girl friend or something? lol

Man this league stinks. Van Buren fell off the face of the earth. When Cory is a favorite the whole league is down.

Just read where Ada loses their whole defense and some players are playing football? How will they compete if they can't play Old Fort every game? laugh.gif Riverdale will rule this league again. I am glad to see Van Buren fall so far.

First off, spell check.

Secondly here are the teams:

Not good: Mohawk, Old Fort, Tiffin Calvert, Upper Sandusky, Van Buren

Leftover: Cory, Ada, Riverdale

Cory loses two top players. Their defense is poor. Word is a new coach will be coming.

Ada loses 75% of their scoring. 100% of their defense. Will coach return?

Riverdale still has kids named Shuck and Gil and Thomas.

Best league coach: Hayfield

There it is. Holla Holla!

If im not mistaken, ada has the leagues leading scorer, clum, returning and this was their coaches first year so i think that he will be returning, not like he didnt do a good job there, plus they did finish second.. and cory rawson has herrera and most of their offense coming back plus and there defense was fresh last year, plus they got their new coach last year.. riverdale looses their leading scorer.. so it can go either way

Well said Hit em' High. And Big J Studd needs to get his facts straight before he posts. Cory and Ada already have new coaches. They both did an excellent job in their first year.

Big John Studd, CR had a new coach this year did you know this or not? If you did then you may have some inside information that are going to have another new coach next year. I'm just wondering whats going on. I can't believe that the coach this year would quit after only 1 year.

I would be shocked if Ada's coach didn't come back next year. The only reason I could see him not coming back is that his son is a player on that team and sometimes that just creates problems with other parents. I hope this not the case.

Oh geez Styer and Mikesell were not coaching this year? What would have given that away? The quotes in the papers? I know that there has been talk of quite possibly bringing others in.

Cory players should get an "A" in propaganda and a "D" in field play.

And Ada players what do you know of the situation their in Ada

Hopefully we can shed some light on the subject.

Ada's former coach could come back as Clum is not a teacher. But he isn't going to come back. Not sure if anyone else would want the job locally.
Mikesell won't be back either, but some former players are interested as far as I have heard. (take it for what it is worth)

Jack Bauer, I don't know where u are getting your information from but Mikesell hasn't coached at CR for a year now. They already have a new coach this year and his name is Samsal. As far as I know he's coming back next year. As for Ada, Clum is the coach this year and probably will come back next year. haven't heard anything different.

Give me one game in the last two years where they stopped a top notch team?

GAA?

SHutouts?

Not many? You were lucky to have decent offensive weapons when your defense folded like cheap suit.
