Romie Youngpeter is OUT after 1 year at Elida. This has become a real revolving door type of position. It has been over 20 years since Elida girls bball has been any good and I would guess the most tenured coach in that time period was the previous one, Coach Billiter. They once tried co-coaches, maybe they will give Elise Jenkins the HC job this time........I know she currently teaches in the system and coaches at the Jr. High level.

Saw this coming......Romie was probably only interested in coaching his daughter...she left DSJ for this....I will leave it at that.....meanwhile, I think Coach Billiter is happy where she is at as the DJ girls are young and have a lot of talent coming up!!!!!

Bulldogs name Elise Jenkins as HC. she had a go around a few years ago at Elida as co- head coach with Chrissy Billiter.
