no problem 6footer........ i agree also with you joe lob.....sure ben miller is a very good keeper, but i think alotta keepers have to put up and do the best they can when he's put out to dry. it's not JUST ben miller. goalies get left out to dry, simple as that....ALL of them, whether their D is great or not, they'll have to put up with 1 on 1s, and 2 or 3 on ones......... i'd say that miller is still gettin alot of attention on his performence last year, im not bashing him, but i think that maybe all the talk has people seeing him as better then he really is......what about the other goalies around the county? kalida's keeper vonderembse looked good, along with gerdemen from ft. jennings, and niese from MC also looks pretty good for only being a freshmen.

Jezz....I'm tried of the Ben Miller discussion.

He IS an excellent high school keeper.

Here is his good points (imo).........

Unbelievable hops....the kid can rocket straight up
excellent hands....no parries....he catches the ball
moves very well in the box....great range...goes after ball with confidence.

In my opinion he's one of the top 5 I've seen in the PCL over the last 10 years

That is a very bold statment. He may be in the top ten but i disagree with him being in the top five. I just dont feel that he is as good as ppl say. There have been many other goalies since him for example Doug Brown from MC and Cody Maxwell from Kalida right off hand. And thats just my thoughts too

sounds good to me....i think i've seen about a million posts about whos the best goalie and blah blah blah......and tehy're on a couple different forums too!!! o, and whats this about rocketman thinking about closing this soccer section? there are alotta people on here who want to post about sporting events...... IF it does close, i say we post under another area then because i still will want to talk about sports

I don't think this situation is half as bad as the Leipsic kids posting during class during last basketball season. This is just gonna happen, probably again this coming basketball season, too. I'm not at all saying we need to start paying for this, but when a free site is promoted a lot, the idiots are gonna start coming in and making trouble. All we can do is have Rocketman "reassign" people.

back to soccer. it looks right now as if fort jennings is going to take down the pcl if they get past ottoville and pandora. but stranger things have happened. the pcl this year is all screwed up and it is anyones game. FJ or Ottoville will take it down.

I agree Treky, I dont know about pcl anymore either.
FJ is still in controll as long as they can survive O-ville and PG
BUT, if they lose, it will put a few teams back in contention.(ie. Kalida, maybe O-ville)
So, all we can do is wait.

i dont know if you realized rocketman, but its not everyone on here that are bashing people...... just keep reassigning people if you have to....... and im glad that you dont charge for this site......but i also dont think that u should be tellin sportnuts and i about its gotta stop.....cause it isn't us...........waaaaassssut
