What community wouldn't want the success of the MSML dynasty- the one that Cramer got headed in the right direction.

That's great and all but how do we get Goodwin to follow him in a few years and convince 40 or so ML families to move to mt. cory/rawson/jenera or open enroll/make one hell of a commute?

I would worry about instilling drive, determination, and work ethic into the student athletes ! That alone could win 4 league games regardless of coaching .

You obviously have no idea what Coach Cramer and then Coach Goodwin did to build the MSML program.

Just like the coach that left. Tired of associating with or having conversations with losers. Haven't ever had to do it and don't plan on getting sucked in now. Good luck with going through "ALL THOSE APPLICANTS" that want the football job.

I understand the football coach that resigned was good enough to take on the jr. high track job since there was not anyone to do it. To me that says a little bit about his loyalty to the school. Football is just not a good situation right now. JV program is the way to go. Sad but true. This guy put his heart and soul into the football gig. They did improve ,however the hand writing is on the wall.

By the way HH, I know who you are and I will not battle with you again. I feel for you.

2166 you haven't a clue.

He could be an interesting hire. I don't think they'd pay him enough at CR.

I almost seriously considered this believe it or not. Doubt I could get hired and just don't know if I have the energy to do this day in and day out. I don't think they would let me use wine coolers to sustain my energy. LOL. LJ

Apparently we didn't need his negative attitude ( quitting after 8 or 9 months) and we sure wouldn't want yours.....Just saying.....

And BTW it takes a really big man to call Student Athletes losers! :sarcasm:
You really should get some help on that kind of attitude....

I'm not sold that it has to be a big X0 guy. Everyone has plays and concepts that will work. Coaches are nothing but thieves anyway. They watch film and steal from others. The key is a guy who displays all the characteristics that his team must learn to be successful. That is step one. Second, they must provide a system that allows their kids to be successful. Example, An I formation team better have a nice size line and solid running backs. Third, the coach must hire assistants who are extensions of him. They must be sold on him and provide the interaction with the positions just as he wants and directs. Overall, a GOOD HEAD COACH is a salesman who shows passion for his position, a true bond with his players and coaches, and the willingness to distribute fair firm leadership when needed. If interviews are not completed, find THIS GUY.

THE ONE AND ONLY GREAT PROPHET LJ HAS SPOKEN ON THE SUBJECT. :hifive2:

BY THE WAY............Anyone who calls a high school kid a loser, may they get a delivery of moist white revenge from one of Gods lovely Doves. It is the kind of gift you deserve and display by your comments. :pokey:
