side when facing ML....actually saw the Grove/ML game at Lima Senior in the "Fog" back in '01. Grove also
defeated the Flyers for Putnam Co.'s only state football championship later.....
that being said, I just don't see this one being much of a game...(sorry to all our Grove fans but...)
ML is on another plateau.....
Gloucter Trimble/NSP winner is definitely rooting for the Bulldogs also....
I see this one being played at Lima Sr. also.....ML 35 CG 7

You could be right this week. But you should be doing nothing but eating crow big boy. You were running your fingers all last week about Arlington.

I agree. I still remember how close Tayt Mayberry and the Maag boys were to knocking off my Flyers in 2001 after many didn't give them a chance. I can still picture the last play in the end zone when the ML defender turned a Grove TD into an interception in a split second. By the way, I don't believe that game was played in fog, was it?

No that wasn't Grove's fog ball at Spartan Stadium. I'm in a fog right now. But I think that game was in 2002. I don't remember the opponet right now. That last play of the ML game was the only play In Blaine Maags high school carrer he had a chance to make and didn't. Blaine was only a freshman that year. What a special player he was.

Has a team ever played three straight games at the same site?
