I say under in this one. Arlington shut down Combs from Liberty in a hard smash mouth game.

1 game at a time - period. I cannot imagine any coach would overlook an opponent this far in the playoffs as if you made it this far, you obviously are well coached and talented. Expectations are certainly high with this Atown team, and so far only one blemish on the record. I suspect we take care of business this week and expect a strong defensive performance to carry the load.

As I said last week, this is Arlington's district to lose. Grove has had a nice year, but Arlington has a ton of seniors, they can actually pass the ball this year. McComb did a good job bottling up Rettig last weekend, but the Arlington passing game was the difference. How often do you get to say that!

Who is Arlington going to have at QB? Or rather, what is the QB situation, with the injury and apparently a very capable backup.

I've got the bulldogs by a field goal... Warnecke over 100. Stechschute is the difference maker..

I have Grove winning this one. Warnecke is a hard working beast on the field! Grove's defense has played amazing the past 5 weeks. The most points given up was 13 to a high rolling Crestview team coming off a win vs. Spencerville! I see Grove winning by at least a touchdown! The Bulldogs defense can't be stopped right now!

Dear Grove Fans... First realize that most on this forum preaching about a blowout are not Arlington fan's... in face some are the SAME people who said that Atown would find a way to give up the game to McComb 1st go around... alot more quiet on the second meeting...
Please take comments here with a grain of Salt...

Warnecke is an excellent back, Shaffer will have the offensive ready to score, and Snider is an excellent defensive coordinator (but a poor fisherman)

It all come down to Arlingtons power verses Groves Speed...

I like the Devils in a nail bighter

Arlington will be the best team that Grove has played this year have to take the Devils . I will apologize ahead of time to some of the people who get all worked up over others opinions.

Lol ain't that the truth. From the stories I hear, that sounds pretty accurate. I hear the same thing about the Arlington OLine coach as well. 😀

Glick is a stud, #25 very impressive. Lots of weapons. I think the team who leaves their heart on the field is the winner. On paper I would say why play Arlington is the better team. In my heart, I say go dogs. Heck even Northwestern defeated my Irish, which is just wrong

The problem is he can't decide if he enjoys fishing or swimming better.

Sub-par? Just a point: Arlington made quick work of DSJ, who beat LCC, who was one of Grove's 4 losses.

Ya really? St. Johns sucked d*** this year. The only thing good they have going for them is they love ROCKETCORNER, too.

It's clear you're a high schooler. also, for a team you claim that was sooo bad this year, your Bulldogs are only a 4 point favorite on CalPreps ;)
