Like LB Landon Hall. State qualifier in wrestling, so you know he is tough. Dad said is excited to hit the weight room hard and put on some good weight. Not a new guy but DT Corey Crawford could help us have a very solid D. Good size and quickness. Combine him with Schoenline (BEAST) and that is a good Dline.
Got some oline openings but not sure of the younger kids names. Look for new names at RB like Jared Cockerell, Aaron Chambers, or Colt Merricle to combine with Metz and Henderson.
it's Zach Chambers and Cort Merricle, just bugged me a little on the name mistakes, sorry lll

With as blow outs we had last year our back ups should have alot of game time experience.

yes, especially on the defensive side at linebacker, lot of backups making early appearances in games.

Just for a little debating to keep this fresh on here. Who would you like to see as our QB this year and why.

Morgan, the mobility and throwing on the run is undeniable.

They both have attributes that they bring to the table.
Morgan has the experience, having been forced into action when Gibson got hurt.
He is a good leader and is more elusive.
Huffman has the projectable size, although needs to add weight.
He is a heck of an athlete, in his own right, and can really spin it.
IMO, I would start Huffman at QB and keep Morgan at safety where he was
named on the all league team and let him be the leader of the secondary.
Morgan was very good as a receiver, as well, giving the offense another threat to score.

Good point, what's your projected starters on defense?

Huffman as starting QB and wouldn't even think about it. With the offense we ran, and they say Moyer runs something similar, but a little more shotgun I would have Huffman. Can throw, and can run well enough when needed. I understand when you are the QB you have the ball in your hands every play which is what you want in a playmaker, but handing the ball off a lot isn't exactly what I would have a playmaker do.

Also this is not a negative to Morgan, as I believe he is probably the better QB, it is more of a statement on what he could probably do if the defense had to focus more on him in a position where he could be a threat anywhere on the field.

Hard to really say since I don't know exactly how Moyer's offense will look, but if it is similar to the wing-t we ran before I would use him as a RB.

Huffman reminds me of Gibson alot tall QB with a nice arm who can take off with it when it calls for it. Morgan is a pure athlete and a playmaker on both sides of the ball. Like it has been mentioned wont know until we get to see Moyer's offense then it is his decision.

This says everything everyone needs to know. I talked to a lot of people last year and almost all agreed we should have Huffman as QB and let Morgan make plays from a more lethal position. Unless it is a big spread offense with a lot of QB designed runs put Huffman there.
