Isn't Calvert 1-4?

Yep, I believe those two close losses (21-14 in OT to NSP and 34-28 to SE), are going to come back and haunt them. Calvert will have to finish 4-1 to make the playoffs. That's a tall order when you still have games remaining against HL, SJCC, Carey and Mohawk..

two interceptions and two lost fumbles add up to four, not six

Endicott threw three picks and they fumbled the ball away three times that night.

Yeah, I guess you're right....5-5 could very well make it.

I was at the second half of this one and saw a couple myself. JMO......But, it has always been my thought that a team (Leipsic in this case) makes their own breaks. As I recall a lot of these (if not all) were "forced" errors. VB threw picks and actually had a Leipsic defender (Kuhlman) take the ball away from a VB running back. So again JMO....but it is what it is.

DSJ COULD go 6-4. If they win out after this week, which they could, what spot would that put them at?

I would imagine around #6 seed or so.

Most likely to win only 4 games, but get in the playoffs
Ursuline (Youngstown) (2-3, D5 R15) 37% (95%)
Bishop Watterson (Columbus) (2-3, D4 R13) 35% (82%)
Ironton (2-3, D5 R17) 25% (86%)
Calvert (Tiffin) (1-4, D7 R24) 13% (48%)
Youngstown Christian (Youngstown) (1-3, D7 R23) 11% (77%)

Even with 4 wins, I think DSJ has a legitimate shot, regardless of what Pasteur's percentages say.

At 6-4, they are probably hosting a game.

Depending on which wins those are, I think Calvert has a pretty solid shot of getting in with just 4 wins.

If DSJ travels to Arlington for round 1, it would be worth going just to watch the fans fight over the 75 spots in the visitor's bleachers.

Hopefully DSJ band isn't too big and they take up most of them. LOL

Very true! Carey will really help their cause this week if Calvert can upset them. Carey will be receiving big 2nd level pts from Fremont SJCC the rest of the year as well. Carey, SJCC and HL all provide big chances for Calvert to still get a lot of pts.

Gunner Johnson (Junior) 4th touchdown in the first half. Mohawk 25 Hopewell-Loudon 7 0:04 | 2nd Half

Mohawk, whom I took this week to upset 4-win Hopewell-Loudon, has a shot in this region. I listed them as one of the remaining teams on the outside looking-in who has a shot.
