So they would rather have an open date?.....does not make sense to me, they are D5 this year with Ada being D6. They went 3-7 last year against mostly D3 schools. Could have been some good harbin points from Ada if they would win this match up...oh well, it is what it is And was so looking forward a road trip.....

I think East Clinton is scared to play a good D6 team, but would rather play a bad D7 team from the area. IMO.

Calpreps has Ada winning 48-7 over EC in 2012.

Linscore is correct... they are in the same boat as Ada w/ a new HC. Ironically, East Clinton's new HC interviewed at Ada... He knows what Ada has and does not want any part of them... Their week 1 opponent went to the Crosstown thing in Cincinnati to play North College Hill... I doubt they find anyone to play either... too bad.

So the only other OHSAA team left would be Cincinnati Hillcrest, which I believe is their first year as a non-club team. Crazy that East Clinton would rather not play than have a school one division smaller than them travel to play them. Unless they are looking to play Hillcrest and win by 100. That's just weak. What are they going to do when they play Massie? Close the school?

Has Ada looked outside of the state. I know somebody had mentioned a school from Michigan, but what about Indiana.

Yes... even trying to find 2 other schools that would switch and pick-up Ada and EC. Doesn't look good.

I don't know who had H-N in week 9 but according to the blade Sunday PH has week 9 open. Also I will be doing the BVC picks contest again this yr I'm trying to come up with a prize for the winner.

According to Coach B, Vanlue has found someone, but he didn't say who. He DID say that Van Buren is going to play Lucasville Valley; they are working on a neutral site because of the distance between the two schools.
