WOW ! ! I highly recommend Pat Summitt's new book "Sum It Up'. It is quite inspirational, but has a LOT of great insights on coaching and getting the most from players.
Coaches in any sport, or life in general, will learn from this great woman.

Book was #2 on the NY Times Best Seller this week -- non fiction. Would really like to hear thoughts of those who read it.
