You know I don't agree with everything he does, I have been to a lot of games and think differently on things that are done. But in the end he is a good schemer. Grant it he has had some really good teams a long the way with his success, but again it's tough to measure. oldlefty said it right above.

I was just being funny bud. Didn't mean any harm by that comment lol. And that was clearly not what I was talking about. I said also he is a great coach. Trust me I think Dave is a good coach just being funny a little there. My bad

No doubt about it. I know personelly how it works. That's why I think it's tough to measure coaches. I think Kleman does a good job at teaching fundametals and good defense without fouling. Even if they were to not win it all this year, I still feel he should be in the conversation as a great coach.

I would have love to see Ottoville and Arcadia play in tournaments... Arcadia is very good and can shoot NBA distance 3's but without their hometown referees helping them out I cant imagine there"as good as they are." unfortunately the odds of these two teams playing is pretty low since the game is in regional finals.
It might be sad to hear but i see another tournament choke in ottoville's future

Wow that's a pretty bold yet harsh prediction. Define what you determine as a choke in tournament? I need to be enlightened lol remember we are talking about a team not individual choking right? lol. Do remember last year Ottoville was beaten by the #2 team in state and eventual state champs. Arlington was just on that game and things went their way. Never really heard of a team choke before.

We shall see, Mr. Positive. Whatever happens, happens. Just remember life goes on, and it is not the end of the world if your or my team does not win. There are more important things in the world than HS basketball. Take care.....

By the way, Ottoville did not choke the past few years, last year they lost to the state champ, the year before they lost to DJ who went to the state, the year before that they lost to Fort L., who went to the state. In the 2000's Ottoville lost to Berlin- Hiland in the finals & to Col. Africentric in the state. I do not know, nor do I care, what your team is. I would compare Ottoville to your school any day. God Bless the Big Green.

NW Ohio guy said that von. And I don't think he really has a clue if he believes that. The beauty of tournament play is that any given night one team can just have their night and that is what it will take to make it to Columbus. Last year Ottoville did not choke or any other year, they just came up against a team that was their night. It happens and that is what makes this game exciting.

NW West Guy, Who is your team, and do they have the record Ottoville has over the years, I know not Statee Championship. Did your team win D-4 or does their compare to the big Green? As I have said it is very difficult to win D-4 in Girls & boys. Have a great day.

It's hard to say. On paper Crestview looks like the only team in the regional bracket that could beat Ottoville. Maybe Patrick Henry, Arcadia, or New Riegal but everything would have to go their way and not for Ottoville. Every team is going to bring everything they got against Ottoville. I was at the Lima Perry game last night and it just seemed like Lima Perry played their best game all season long with all the shots that were going in. If Kaufman was still playing, this team wins state in my mind, without her I think they still can but it will be tough. Seems lately Ottoville has had the best team on paper the last 3-4 years. But all it takes is one team to have everything go their way and not so much for Ottoville which has been the case. Perhaps things could go their way this year.
