Forgive me for my stupidity, but what is "LSCC"?

Btw...don't you guys ever get sick of arguing about the same thing over and over? Especially since you are complaining about high school sports!

I honestly think its a good idea if LCC goes independant..freedom to schedule great teams everywhere in the NW Ohio region...plus they wont feel "held back" by the NWC which isnt me saying this but a friend with a kid who attends there....

I'm assuming it's Lima Senior Central Catholic.

Yes, it gets old pretty quick. I sometimes still feel the need to come defend LCC when people are posting blatantly false things, even though I'm not changing anyone's mind on here regarding LCC. I see my RC activity dropping off in the near future because it's getting pretty old and redundant.

In theory yes. In actuality, it's quite a bit tougher because they would have to schedule NWC teams to fill out their schedule, or travel farther. MAC schools tend to play their OOC games early in the season, and so do a lot of other leagues. They can't just drop a conference game and then play LCC. In terms of football, LCC can cover Week 1 and 2 fairly easily...maybe even Week 3. After that, they have to do a lot more searching, rely on NWC teams to schedule, and more than likely turn towards other privates to fill out their schedule in the Toledo, Columbus, Cincy area.

Unfortunately..the Lima News holds this bias against the kids that perform on the field by not giving them the proper coverage. IMO

Not giving who the proper coverage? I'm assuming you meant the rest of the NWC and not LCC am I correct?

Correct. You can hardly get a headline anymore from Lima News unless you are the whipping boy against LCC the night before.

Lol jesus. You're complaining that the LIMA news covers LIMA senior and LIMA central catholic over your bulldogs. Do you still stomp your feet in the grocery store if someone doesn't give you a penny to ride the poney?

One reason why LCC was allowed into the league was to get more exposure for the NWC schools. Now that the NWC kicked them out the remaining teams and players hardly get a fair shake...In my opinion. Please read post #58 to get the whole context of that question.

if ada is willing i cud see them trying to schedule LCC for a late OOC game just because of competition and travel reasons

Ada would probably be very much for this, but if I heard correctly sometime ago, the NWC is going to the 1st 3 weeks for OOC. This would limit the number of teams able to schedule them. Not sure if this 100% accurate though

I'm sure a few NWC teams will still schedule them.
