Just throwing out numbers there? Or has Ada gotten better this week in practice?..lol....just busting your chops..no malice intended,,anyway, I see the 2nd score you predicted as a pretty good score, just the other way around

I didn't give Ada enough credit. I think it's close throughout the entire game, almost back and forth. But the Skins get the W. wouldn't be shocked if the Bulldogs pull it out either.

Great game to watch. 5 int's really hurt Ada. Would have liked to seen Decker utilized a little more. St. Henry really has some big strong boys. Is anyone looking at the QB #8?

Ada played 2 tough/equal teams this year. They were 0-2.

And both games could have gone either way...

I guess being in a position to win is not good enough for some.

Somebody wins and somebody loses... Life goes on. Congrats to Ada on a fine year and goodluck to St Henry.

I almost hate to post this for I know accusations of sour grapes will surely follow. I could not attend this game as I was out of town for work. Before I left town I gave my digital camera to a relative who would be attending the game and asked him to snap a few pics for me. I was able to listen to Koza do the play by play streaming over my laptop in my hotel room. The feeling I got from listening to the game was that it just was not Ada's night. They made a valiant effort, it was a good clean game but 5 turnovers against a good St Henry team was too much for them. I got home today and retrieved my camera from said relative after supper and imagine my shock and surprize when I downloaded the pics into my computer and viewed the first shot of St Henry running an offensive play. The photo shows 3 St Henry offensive players holding 3 Ada defensive players as the St Henry running back is plunging through the line. There are only 4 St Henry players in the photo: the RB and 3 blockers. All 3 'blockers' in this photo are committing textbook fist full of jersey holding penalties (one is actually taking down an Ada player). Again, I was not at the game- I have not seen one play of this game in person, just heard it on the radio and looked at the few pictures my relative took. I don't recall holding being called by the officials and yet here is one photo with 3 clear examples happening simultaneously in one play. What gives here?

You are right you shouldn't have posted. Penalties or lack of them did not cost Ada this game. You can't turn the ball over five times to a good team and win. I was at the game officiating was not the problem.

It's the playoffs…there aren't going to be a lot of holdiong penalties called on anybody. I have been to SH and Coldwater's playoff games and in every one-not many penalties-especially holding penalties….but in every one…the losing teams fans have complained about the other team holding. Pretty predictable.

As long as those fist full of jersey holds are within the frame work of the body it is legal. You can even pull them down as long as you don't have only jersey. I was also at this game and SH was flagged for holding.

I have to agree, I feel the officials let these kids play and had "0" impact to the result. You take the 5 turnovers away and I think Ada wins but that was not the case. About mid way through this game, I came to the realization that neither one of the teams can beat Marion Local. St Henry played a mistake free game and took advantage of most of Ada's mistakes. I said early on that the QB play at Ada would hurt them come playoff time and sure enough, it did. Don't get me wrong, the Acheson boy put up some real good numbers against a good MAC team but in the end, it really didn't matter. The "5" picks killed us!

Yep, you've been saying that since early in the season and I've been wondering since early in the season which Acheson family member did you wrong or which relative of yours isn't playing because Acheson is.

No matter the reason, pointing fingers at a teenager on a message board is a cowardly act, especially from a 'Fan'.

Wow!!! No issues with the Acheson's.... LOL Just call it like I have been seeing it. Under the circumstances, he did a pretty decent job this year with the limited amount of experience at the position. Obviously the best choice for the job based on the other options. It was just pretty evident to me that once they reach the playoffs, this weakness would show up. Trust me when I say, I was hoping to see our dogs move on but unfortunately, it just didn't happen. Now, if you have a problem with that, you probably should take your crying BS somewhere else because I couldn't give a rats a** what you think.

And if you didn't think the "5" picks killed us.... you are nuts!

Yeah, clearly you don't care... Which is why you spend a whole paragraph defending yourself. Good one.

I never said they didn't, and I'm quite sure they did. Even a non-'Fan' can see that.
