Oh, I didn't know that a freshman who had 21 tackles in one game is a weakness. If I had a team where the ONLY weakness was a kid who does that and does what he needs to do week after week, they're doing pretty good
Don't cry please but Blake's the weakness. Now did I previously say he's going to be the next Ada great? Yes, I did! Crestview and Allen East (both have very powerful backs) ran right at Blake and he couldn't stop them before they got at least 5 yards every time. I'm assuming you are close to Blake so my coaching advise for him this week would be, stay disciplined and fill holes quicker than normal.

As for his 21 tackles, CONGRATS BROTHA! Still didn't stop AE from gaining nearly 300 yards on the ground.

The 2 players that need to bring their A game in order to beat LCC are Mason Acheson and Blake Ansley. I guarantee LCC is going to pressure Acheson all day since their DB's are phenomenal and run right at Blake. I'm sorry for calling out names but QB = Acheson and I can't say LB's cuz Jacob Ansley might be the best in the league at getting the job done.

I really hope you shut me up on this one Blake because I dislike LCC just as much as the next guy outside of Lima.

Don't worry, we're hated IN Lima too. Lol

Ada will win this win. They play more for each other and as a team, where as LCC players play more for their individual selves

I wouldn't do that lol

22 points is quite a bit. That said, I think lcc defense matches up with ada offense pretty well and I think lcc will take advantage of the ada secondary.

I think Ada will get the win this week. They are a solid team with really good player's at the skill positions. They have a lot of options on offense, including a pretty good kicker, which may come in handy in a game like this.

What's the weather forecast?

40% chance of rain and 12 mph winds.
Rain has seemed to slow down the running game/Decker's elusiveness this season more so than Acheson's ability to chuck it + War Memorial Park is pretty beat up from this past weekend

In a heartbeat...Ansley is not just a track guy playing football...he is an all around player.

West isn't just an all around player? hm... i wonder what the Illinois, Cinci, Purdue, and MAC coaches were thinking :whistling:

Just curious if Coop would be the coach at Ada, what would his record be.....I know , not as good as Coach Fell, Why? because Coop cant coach a team that does not have major talent, he cant coach a team where he has to COACH.........He left Grove because he thought the well was dry....Says enough.......(Glad he left ...just for the record)

"Coop cant coach a team that does not have major talent, he cant coach a team where he has to COACH" ...lol

If Coop does anything, it's coach. You can talk about how bad of a reputation he has, how cocky, ignorant, or classless he is, but how can you say he cant coach? Man, i guess i never realized how easy it is to win a state championship, take a team to the state semis, and take a team deep into the playoffs multiple times without coaching... News to me...

With all of that said, i'm gonna go with LCC in this one. Decker is one hell of a RB, Ansley is a great all around player, and overall Ada is a good team... but I just think LCC's athleticism is gonna be what decides the game.

LCC - 31
Ada - 21

So you don't think LCC will cover the 22 point spread? I still think this spread is incredibly laughable.

How about the out of conference schedules-outrageous difference:

LCC
Delphos St John (6-5) won 18-13
Col. Bishop Ready (7-1) won 31-13

Ada
Hardin Northern won 55-0
Upper Scioto Valley won 49-0
HN & USV combined 1-17 this year

[In conference, Crestview gave Ada their best game (won 26-21 in the rain) and LCC saw "scares" from Bluffton and more so Spencerville]
Overall Ada will be underprepared-and at some point will face adversity-how they respond is where their chance lies IMO

Ready is like playing a middle of the pack NWC team or lower tier MAC team. I'm not convinced Ready is better than Ada, Jefferson, Crestview, or Spencerville.

Ready would be second or 3rd in the NWC.
