When the opinions and observations of adults are about the play of individuals on a high school team your priorities have to be questioned. As far as what you appreciate or don't appreciate, it is really of no concern to me. Your criticism of Konnor Baker is legendary here on the corner. Maybe your family members were not open. Get over it.

Be smart enough to realize that when the fan criticized Acheson and you defended him a debate would form on who is better. Unfortunately, kids read this and begin to do the same. My point is that it is counter productive to start a debate on which qb is better. The team is playing well and Acheson doesn't need to live up to or be compared to past players. If in essence you decode that to mean keep your opinion to yourself, well then take your own advice.
Wow BOB... I'm sorry you're so sensitive on this subject. Maybe you should stay off this sight for awhile until you can handle the opinion of others. You say I "criticized" Ada's QB.... I call it expressing an opinion. Just for the record.... Acheson is an extremely classy kid who will only get better as the season goes on. Hopefully it's good enough come week 10 and on. Also.... I'm pretty certain that if you asked Acheson... he'd tell you the same thing so before you go any further with this discussion.... try thinking before you put it in print.

Correct ADog, that was not the question, but I believe it is the truth. I know back when Ada first started playing HN in the late 80's they took two out of the first three from the Dogs. After that I wasn't sure how Ada stacked up against the BVC.

^^^The time frame you are talking Ada did not play any other BVC schools except HN. During that time was when HN was in their heyday and very tough for any small school. Ada did not play other BVC scchools until recently when they started their string of play off seasons and since then the Dogs have held their own against BVCplay off teams

Bottom line. As long as Mike Fell is the head coach for the Ada Bulldogs, no matter who is playing, quaterbacking, or whatever you can think of, Ada will be decent, good, or great.

Yepp. He is a great coach. Probably the best in the NWC

Fell is a very good coach. As long as he is at ada, they will be good.

Bob is a bit sensitive these days.

Good luck to Ada...didn't realize I was demoralizing the state of Ada football by stating a fact that Ada was supposed to be a bit down this year compared to previous years. I could care less about scrimmages as well...and I have not stated anything about Atown football that would make anyone believe Arlington football is in a great state right now...we will have more than our hands full with VB this week. Win, and we will make playoffs IMO. Lose - and we won't.

If you're using that logic, coop has the same argument, if not a better one.

Ada has had a run of pretty nice athletes the last few years...just like a lot of other small schools in the area over the last 15-20 years...sometimes it pays off to be in the right place at the right time.

Bulldogs are looking great and I feel like they are getting better after every week! If they can keep on improving as they are, I have no doubt in my mind that they can go all the way!

Coop and LCC recruit. Doesn't count. Fell is better, Ada's players are home grown.

Well put ada has to build their own players, where as LCC can just get anyone who even displays any atheletic talent ability
