This may seem a little early to start with playoffs just now starting...but hopefully it keeps posters from schools not in glued to these boards....hopefully my skins get another chance at a title (legally)... And can knock off Kenton week 10...pesky wildcats...I will put up a poll asap

I think next year will be OG's year, but this season isn't exactly over for the red hot titans.

Wapak has alot of talent coming back with Gibson another year at QB. Defense has alot of playmakers left and for the offense line Frye always has good talent.

I think this was a rebuild year for OG, and ........surprise! They are having a great season with mostly first year players stepping up. With most of their skill players back (of course losing Kuhlman and Rieman!) on both sides of the ball, and a very good young group coming back I have to think the Titans will be the team to beat......but, of course, the WBL will be very good again!

I also agree with O-G probably being the team to beat... I think if wapak develops a good offensive line they will be the 2 teams and then obviously Kenton the 3rd depending how good there QB will be....but I say

1. O-G
2. Kenton/Wapak - Depending on who steps up more

But i can see anyone of those teams beating anyone depending on who steps up

If you guys can pluck some big Boys from the halls of your schools, I'm sure Frye will make them into elites!!

But i think with wapak having frye... they kind of have O-G's "number".... I understand O-G had a little (i lied- major) situation with the game last year.. and O-G wasn't quite as good this year... but wapak just handled the line big time both games

Yeah, I know DJ BURRIS (Kenton O-Line Coach) would KILL for those kinda sized players. Kenton's putting 180-200lb guys on the line and making it work!! Imagine 3 or 4 280-300lb guys!

I have seen some of the high school kids around that roam the halls... I am not making these up but there are quite a few 6'3"+ sized boys 215 lbs and up... that just go to the high school and who knows do what after that....

But Kenton will have some recivers and experience... Just depends on how Sherman gets the job done... I dont think you will get the running with him like ya did maty so more teams will blitz more often probably...

Even though the 2011 season is not over for 4 teams in the WBL, next year will definitely be a interesting year in the league. No more Maty Mauk to lead Kenton. By in large I think the September 28, 2012 matchup at Wapakoneta playing host to O-G will dictate the winner of the league. The Titans have a tremendous amount of players returning especiallly on offense, and I am sure Coach Frye has built up the ranks of players biding their time till they take over the various startiing positions left open via graduation. However anybody else in the ranks of this league could develop and surprise many pundits. All and all it will be worth watching.
