I am aware this isn't a SPORTS topic, but couldn't really find a place to jam into this topoc... here's my story though..

10 years ago on this day, I was in 6th grade in Music class when the first tower was hit (can't remember the teacher) then we went to second period where I had Math with Mrs. McCullough. Mr Ickes came into the room, whispered something into her ear and she went wide eyed. She flipped on the 100yr old tv, and we watched the events unfold. From the second tower getting hit, to the collapses. And this one thing I definitely remember, as me and my buddies watched angrily at what was happening, I was hearing things from them like "It's Iraq!" .. "Or Saddam Hussein did it!".... And one thing that made me really proud, and even put a little smirk on my face, was hearing the Flight 93 had fought back and stopped those radical muslim bastards. And from period 2 through last period, for two days, the images of 9/11 were played over and over again, being seared into our brains, and I for one WILL NEVER FORGIVE the culprits, let alone FORGET the victims of 9/11!! GOD BLESS THE USA --
And I know it doesn't make 9/11 better, but it's good to know the Bin Laden was killed by a Navy Seal months before the tenth year anniversary.

POST AND TELL EVERYONE YOUR STORY ABOUT WHERE YOU WERE WHEN AMERICA WAS ATTACKED

I was in 8th grade, and we had a 2 hour delay for teacher meetings that day. I was actually watching Sportscenter, getting around to head for the bus when the first tower was hit. I had no idea what happened until I got to school. I remember my first thought after hearing about it, in my young naivety being "Oh my God, did anybody die?" I had no idea what had actually happened, hadn't seen any of the news yet. I thought they were just saying there was a plane crash.

Then we got inside and realized just what had happened. I think we tried to go on with our day 1st and 2nd period, but by 3rd period it was pretty much evident that none of teachers OR students cared about what we were doing. We ended up just watching TV the rest of the day.

We watched the TV for two days straight.. I remember every detail.

And honestly it makes me sick that some of our generation (6th-9th graders) don't remember the exact moments... like I say I will never forgive or forget
