Here is the coaches poll for D2 girls for week #5:

1) St. Marys Memorial (9-1-1)
2(t) Archbold (8-1-2)
2(t) Wauseon (10-1-1)
4) Millbury Lake (10-0-1)
5) Bryan (8-2-1)

My second 5:
Ottawa-Glandorf (should be in above)
Woodmore (10-2-1) lost 2-1 to lake
Northwood (brutal schedule)
Van Buren (1 loss)
Ottoville

What do YOU think?

Not a bad second five kyeotg, I think Woodmore and Northwood's reluctance to post results on the OSSCA website hurts them for those coaches outside of the greater Toledo area who dont know much about them. I think Riverdale and Bath are pretty hot right now too and are good candidates for a second five.

Crew,
Van Buron plays, Woodmore, LB, Then ends with Riverdale. That will tell a lot. Woodmore has Lake Thurs. I can not figure Bath out...O-5 vs Archbold? I guess it happens.

I am somewhat impressed with what Van Buren has done this year, they have progressively gotten better as the season has gone on. I think those last three games are going to be great soccer to watch. If they win all three of those then the deserve serious consideration for the top 5. Bath has a tendency to start the season slow and play to their potential later on. They had a nice battle with Archbold in the semifinals of the BG tournament with Archbold winning 3 to 1 late in the game if I remember right, so I would venture to guess the 5-0 scoreline was a bit skewed for some reason.

Can Delphos St. John's maybe get an honorable mention in the poll? 8-2-2 with losses to St. Marys and Shawnee and wins over Ottawa Glandorf, Wapakoneta, Continental and ties with Kalida and Miller City. Big games with Bath on Thursday and at Ottoville next Tuesday. We're getting better.

Sounds like a good tea to me. No information on the ossca web site. Some coaches choose not to post results.
