Gonna get blasted for bias here and I know that he's only played 60 minutes this year, but if healthy, Jon Grant has to be on that list as well. Of all of the DIII players, and I could be wrong here, I believe he was the only returning player that was 1st Team NWO last season.

I was wrong (surprise!). Reed Glosser from Ottawa Hills was the only other junior to be selected 1st Team NWO last season.
