About the Jettinghoff kid he didnt play catcher at Ada. He is not starting catcher anymore and he was the DH that game. He is #3 and the Junior catcher #27 is the catcher now, and also the Jettinghoff kid went 1-3 with no K's. . .so get your facts right alright.

In defense of flip assuming he is from Ada

With a screen name like 'flipboing', you know he's from Ada... smile.gif

Jettinghoff vs. Ada hit a nice hard ground ball/linedrive right down the first base line, and he got caught out on a impressive over-the-shoulder catch by the shortstop and just about reached on a bunt attempt...but for him in basketball. . .he is a good player just he was told to try and lead or be a top scorer for the team which is expecting a lot out of a freshman in high school...but he will be a good player in future years...he will be like a Isaac bowers or logan nourse...mark my words...but he will only be like them if he works...but him being only an OK player...i find that hard to believe...

we just talk a boat load of sports and all...but really though, you really cant say any freshman that plays and starts varsity will be a only OK player in future years

rusty lammers of miller city is a good player and very good second baseman. very unlucky last week got hit in the head by a line drive before a game and was sent off to the hospital. played last night against continental and went back to the emergency room before the game today for coughing blood. very unlucky and hope he gets better soon

In junior high i led the team in batting and feilding percentage. i batted .600. i played first base and didnt have an error all season. i also played ACME ball in junewith allen east and saw some good playing time. I batted about .425 and neverhadan error at first base. i also pitch and had a good era. Thanks.
