i have no clue about suderman...i have heard he is pretty good but never seen him play...he played for northwest fire out of findlay i believe...they played in a few big national tournaments...not sure on what the level of competition those are but i would imagine they are up there...he will be a good addition to the pitching rotation which is somewhat weak

i was just told that Suderman throws 80 mph from 60 feet plus a little tail....sound like this kid could be fun to watch.

I don't know much about the freshman from C-town. But, this year I think there is around 7 or 8 freshmen going out for the team.

A few good freshmen are Howell, Louiselle, and Baden. They were good ball players last year. (Unless basketball stops them from playing)
Why does basketball have to always interfere? Once basketball is done, it should be done. That way the kids can play baseball and not feel bad for missing a game of baseball. Are these kids even going out this year? What about Ordway?

i don't beleive ordway is going out again yes do to basketball although he was a pretty good pitcher but i think that louiselle howell and baden are going out again and i'm pretty sure that baden was the only one who played basketball this year the other 2 are diehard baseball players who did not play basketball this year and another factor for the team this year will be scott kecks injury and finding sum1 to replace him at first base

Continental has around 3 spots to fill: 1st now with Scotts injury, Left and Right field which were David Burke and Derek Simon's positions that they played.

i agree that it will hurt them without the two that didnt go out, but it doesnt make the other three less good.

Heard of a Jettinghoff kid from Delphos Jefferson too. Plays catcher and has already caught most of jefferson's pitchers in pony and city leagues earlier so he knows how to catch. He also can hit too, and brings some speed.

Just recently I checked the Lima News and a freshman from Ottoville named Andrew Koch is currently in first place in the Lima area all divisions in batting average at .577 even though he only has had 30 some at-bats, that is still very impressive to me....am i right?

he's a sophmore

also, no one has talked much about Fort Jennings freshamn class. They might no play to much, but they have some great seniors in sean weber(planing to play baseball in college) and andrew utrup also trying to play at the college level. There are three kids in Drew Meske batter like .500 his 8th grade year struck out 2 times maybe and had around 30-40 rbi's and a couple inside the parkers not to metion a great left handed pitch with a 80 mph fastball and a great curve. Another one is Trevor Von Sosan, he's got another 80 mph fastball not as good as curve but a nice change-up. He can hit the ball and play shortstop. Than Jared Horstman can play catcher when Andrew leaves. He will get better because his grandpa was reallycloseto making the majoirs i think. He can crush the ball nearly taking it uta the park a couple times in Jennings and that is not a small park. So all in all Fort Jenings has some tallent coming up. O ya they gt 3rd place in the Pony League tourny and got 2nd in the season.

The best freshman I've seen thus far, is Trevor Gast From Arlington. He's got a good strong arm, and a very nice bat. I think this season he has more doubles than singles, and has a BA above .600.

Greg Kahlig from Fort Recovery is a pitcher. I haven't seen him but I've heard he can throw in the 80's.
