To have McCarthy placed before McDermitt is insanity...in the dual Croft beat McCarthy and McDermitt only has one loss at 125 this year, I also think Wiseman at 135 for Wapak should be mentioned, but we'll have to see, at 171 a tough Recker is left out. Also Irons is being sold short as he beat Hirschy. Parsons beat Cron at 112 as well, Mauk had a close one with Hefner, Martin and Bible went into I believe three overtimes so this just shows that although these rankings are nice they are just rankings and one man's opinion...hopefully the names I mentioned can broaden everyones view of Lima area wrestling and how diverse it really is. I also believe Haas beat Elchert...not 100 percent though

Wrestlingfan01 - You have some good points but your still missing others in the area that Brakeman has not talked about.
This area many times doesn't get the notice it deserves due to scheduling. Take Shawnee for instance....I love em to death...but what kind of overall schedule have they had? What quality tournaments and quality wins have they gotten? I know this is one area that Coach Inglis will be trying to change. Brakeman, Bucksman and Kerr all take this into consideration when doing their rankings.
The Brakeman report is revered across the State and more. He is very accurate. I encourage you to go look at the entire list. I will post Bucksmans once he is compiled it this week as well.
I am just the messanger here and understand more than anyone that there are others that should be mentioned before some of the ones that are.
In a nut shell anyone from the area getting some attentiuon bring attention to the area and thats a good thing. Sometimes not being mentioned can sure work in your favour at the end of the year.

Flying under the radar helps many a wrestler in the upsets that always occur at sectionals and districts.
