The last several weeks I've seen many new names that have piqued my interest as to how they got them or was given to them.......

I know we've had this topic a few times before over the years, but, as the years move on & we get new members, I'd like to hear their stories..... Not to mention, a 'refresher' on our older members stories!!!

So, EVERYONE (even if we've heard it before), how'd you get your 'Corner screen name?

Lepiota is a type of mushroom. I picked it because "Portabella" sounded like a name for an obese southern belle, and "Truffles" might bring my sexual orientation into question.

Back in the Huddle days I was reading one night and read something I wanted to respond to. I asked my wife what I should use for a user name and she recommended Bandido's because we ate there that night............ 10 years later I'm still a kickin' but upgraded to a better site.

Yeah, his reply was right on the 'button'. He's definitely no 'puffball' when it comes to puns! But please spore us all from any more of them!
