Tiger Woods injured in morning car crash
ORLANDO, Fla. - Authorities say Tiger Woods has been injured in a car wreck in Florida, though his condition is unclear.
The Florida Highway Patrol says the PGA star was seriously injured after he hit a fire hydrant and a tree as he pulled out of his driveway early Friday in his 2009 Cadillac sport utility vehicle.
Woods was taken to Health Central Hospital. His condition was not immediately known, though the news release said his injuries were serious.
Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg, told CNBC in an e-mail that the golfer is "fine."
The Orlando Sentinel reported that the airbags in Woods' Cadillac Escalade did not deploy, meaning the vehicle was moving at a speed under 33 mph.
The highway patrol says the crash is still under investigation, and charges are pending. However, the highway patrol said the crash was not alcohol-related.
Woods, 33, owns a home in the exclusive subdivision of Isleworth near Orlando. Orange County property records indicate his home is valued at $2.4 million.

A wise man once said, "Show me a man with the hottest woman in the world and I will show you a man who is tired of boinking her".
Wow Tiger is human!

I understand that but why haven't they cited him for failure to control yet? That is an easy one in this matter whether he talks to police or not. The whole thing stinks of celebrity "look how mighty I am" sh!t if you ask me. He is great but not above the law by any means.
Gumshoe, you sir hit the nail on the head. Why would she run up to the house to get a golf club to break out the window instead of grabbing the spare set of keys to unlock the vehicle?? Alot of unanswered questions that we will probably not know for quite some time.

Good point. I just meant it from the standpoint of why he hasn't talked to the cops yet...or if he will at all for that matter from the looks of it.

she would not break out the rear window of an Escalade, crawl over three rows of seats to help him out of the car. Escalades also have key pad entry locks and the car was not damaged enough to prevent the door from opening. Tiger and his wife are gonna be huge targets until they come clean but he is in a huge slippery slope, if I tell the truth, my squeaky clean image takes a hit and my wife who is already mad at me could be in trouble with the law. If I dont say anything, everyone keeps probing and my image takes a hit and my wife might get in trouble.
