What a beautiful day for soccer in Ohio. Congrats to Hathaway Brown and Medina for their state championships. Hb wins a thriller 2-1 on a goal in the last minute of the game off of a corner kick and Median wins in a rout, 4-0.

Heard Hathaway Brown had ineligible player will not be state champs per Dayton Daily News.

That is correct. Bexley is now the 2009 state champion for DII. HB had a player ruled ineligible due to the fact that she transferred out of the school district and then back in without sitting for the mandatory one year period.
