I think after ONU's win vs #4 NC, I think they could have a shot at the Mount

They may have a shot. Mount has lost a lot of offense from last year but they usually don't have much of a drop off from year to year.

Go Purple Raiders!

Beating the #4 ranked team in D3 really doesn't mean much when three of the top 5 teams in D3 are from the OAC every year. Heck, I'd put the OAC up against pretty much any other conference top to bottom and expect a majority of the games to fall in favor of the OAC. Every year it seems that two OAC teams are playing each other in the playoffs.

"Well, I may be a scholar, but I most certainly am not a gentleman."

The OAC is one of the best D3 football conferences but they don't have 3 of the top 5 every year. Mount Union usually doesn't get challenged much until they are deep in the playoffs. I don't know what that says about the OAC but it does show that most years the top 5 teams, other than Mount, come from other conferences.
