if we have live draft, and you cant make it, you will get autodraft, but your teams may be bad.

I'm registered now, but've never done this before & I'm wondering if I understand correctly....If we go live draft, & I'm not sure I can make it for the live draft 'meeting', I can get my draft auto then? So, I would have my draft, but according to the present auto-picks at that time & not miss out on a wk??

Just checking...you know this isn't a pickem right? But to answer your question....You can preset the list of players in what order you want to pick them. If you are there for the draft basically that list doesn't mean anything. If you are NOT there you are drafted based on that list. It lists the players based on how good they did last year if I remember right already but you can change it around however you want.

im in, just a thought here, what about dividing us into divisions? dont bother me any way is good to me.

Depends on the number of teams. That thought crossed my mind but if there aren't that many teams it doesn't seem worth it to me. I've got it set to a max of 20. That's as high as it goes. I'll say if we get 10 in I'll split it into divisions. I can change just about anything if enough people want something changed.

Sometimes if you let the computer pick your teams it ends up BETTER than if you drafted it live...hahaha!!!

It's not a pick em league. Yahoo has a ranking system for players and when you auto pick it will take the highest rated player. But it doesn't take into account for injuries and their maybe some players that are retired in it yet. You can edit a list of players that you want it to auto pick from and it will pick from that list till its out of players if you want.

As far as I know those aren't even able to be set up yet so I'll do it when it comes out.

Yes, I'm aware they're not available yet....I believe mid Sept.....????.....Was just making sure we were going to have them!!

I was thinking that since we were in your (oguy's/pro) thread that I was telling him that the pro league only had 9 members signed so far, so I thought there's still more room, & coupled with what you have now said, there should still be more room in this league. PRO

But, also wanted to inform him of tigger's college league is also in this forum ('other sports') & gave him the link there, explaining that at the time I had looked there was only 3 signed up in it, so I'm not seeing, no matter which league (pro or college) where either of them are filled...????..BUT, since I'm totally new to this, (especially the CBS Sports site) wasn't sure if I was reading everything correctly.....I do get easily confused..... and wanted for you to confirm for the pro league that it was not filled up yet.... & hopefully tigger will check here & let us know if I'm seeing things correctly over there too......


Anyway.....No worries.....I'm sure it's just whodey chickening out of awesome competition anyway!!!! He know's how we party here at the RC!!! We're just too much for him!!!
