15 year old Stars and Spikes won a tournament in Springfield a couple of weeks ago, then came back and won 2nd place at Lima Senior in a 16 year old tournament the next week. The Putnam County Vidette had a photo of them and listed the following as team members: Liz Inkrott, Haley Hermiller, EMily Gerten, Kylie Rieman, Molly Ellerbrock, Lisa Wynn, Katrina Meeks and Taylor Buddelmeyer. They are coached by Amy Jesko.
Checking the OVR website, they are ranked #59 in the 15 year old group and have entered 2 16 year old tournaments.

Oiler Attack 13 Black played this week in the Asics National Championships and placed 3rd out of 42 teams. I bleieve the team is made up mainly of Liberty Benton, Leipsic, and McComb girls. Looks good for the future of volleyball in the BVC!

At the JVDA Nationals in Louisville, Black Swamp out of Tiffin had quite the showing.
3rd place, 12's
2nd place, 13's
2nd place, 14's
Great showing for a bunch of small town girls.
