what a lame thought "he didn't do anything last year and was at state". Ah....Michael Jordan didn't have to practice anymore...he was already the best.....is like what you said LOL. Do you hear how ridiculous the statement you said was? My comment was directed towards "sauceboys" comment about Zeigler from Bluffton just so you know why I said it.

Elizabeth Depalma will be a blur on the track this year. When she runs in the opposite direction of the earth, time slow downs.

I think that Colby Dysert kid from ada has a real good shot. i've seen him on the football field and he is a quick and fast little man. Might see him in the state tourney this year!!

Colby Dysert has to be the favorite to win state in the 400 this year. He was on track to win it last year but was barely beaten by John Guagenti of Bluffton, however in Colby's defense, he was running against Guagenti with two broken ankles and a slightly torn ACL.

The bulldogs had a meet yesterday. Daniel Clum from ada had a very solid meet. Indain Lake won it followed by Ada then Arlington. Alex Weber got second in the long jump, jumping 18'4". The 4 by 4 team crushed the competition with flying colors. It wasnt' even close. Colby Dysert had a little mishap with the gunner. He ran into her and he had some pretty nasty injuries. but i belive he will be ok. But the gunner about shot herself. It was a crazy site. But great job Bulldogs keep up the good work!!!

thats very true. but i'm sure 90% of the other boys are doing things and getting stronger and more prepared.
Bo Ziegler is pretty lazy to be honest, i have never seen him work hard in the offseason trying to get better or anything, i am down at the Matter Center about three times a week and rarely see him in there. It is hard to root for a kid like this that does not put in a lot of effort. Without Guagenti this kid would not be considered a state champion
