WLIO Sports Reports that Lima Central Catholic, Delphos St. Johns, Elida, and Bath will now rotate head to head matchups in Week One starting in 2013. LCC and Delphos St. Johns will play Week 2.

Glad they got this one figured out. I know for awhile that Marion Pleasant was involved in this conversation too. Its nice that DSJ was willing to go to week 2 for LCC. This really benefits all 4 schools locking up a constant week one opponent too.

This means obviously that when Elida and Bath play Week one, it won't count for the WBL too.

It has too. In FB, you cant play a team twice. If you do, you get no points. I dont understand this arrangement.

i would assume that they rotation will be b/w Lcc and St.Johns, not Elida and bath

I would assume so too. In the end it's great for all four schools

That is correct. It is between Elida and Bath being rotated between LCC and DSJ not together.

Example:

Year 1- Elida/LCC and DSJ/Bath
Year 2- Elida/DSJ and Bath/LCC

Repeat that every year because LCC/DSJ will be moving their game annually to week 2 to make this happen.

That makes more sense. Not how Fiver posted.

Who is Allen East picking up for week 1? How many beatings will Bath take from DSJ before the arrangement ends?

In reality the should be concerned with both. DSJ and LCC will both be forces in the area for football for several years I would think.

Elida will play LCC in 13/14 home and home. In 2015 they will play DSJ.

Curious......Which NWC Team did LCC agree not to schedule in the 2nd week. If I'm correct....didn't they have their non-league game later in the year.
