Poling from Elida is a freshman this yr. he ran the 400 in a 55 last year it will be interesting to see if he has improved his speed. Im also looking forward seeing who will be on the 4x4 with him.

Poling is a monster. At OG on tuesday he ran a 54 in the 400 (correct me if im wrong) and he threw over 44 feet in the shot and he is only a FRESHMAN. not sure how he did in his other events though

REAL men don't mind wearing pink. Put in the time and effort to be the BEST at your event and the only pink anyone will see will be on the BACK of your uniform.

Nobody will be laughing then.
You get to the NEXT level only by being successful at the CURRENT one. Play today's game first, enjoy the victory, then and only then, look ahead!

I'm gonna throw Kelli Ley from Spencerville into the discussion. She had 4 golds last Saturday at Versailles. Ran a 26.9 in the 200 (meet record) and a 61 in the 400. She has the ability to do so many different races from sprints to distance. Hope she continues to improve after a hot start. Spencerville girls should be very good as a whole team with Brown and Gilroy in the distance races and Keysor in shot/disc.
