Once again a nationwide search for a new head football coach at The Univ. OF Findlay has turned up with another former assistant getting the job. According to the AD they had 150 applicants and interviewed 7. I think its safe to say not many qualified coaches want this gig. Since Dick retired they haven't had much luck. If this guy doesn't work out either its time to start taking a look at getting a new AD in there. He has hired the last 3 and it just seems to go backwards. They have not made the transistion to D-II at all. Football is suppose to hold its own dollar wise and they have got to be losing money big time. I say new guy at the top is needed.
