So which weight class was the hardest to go through in the WBL this year? My vote is 195 pounds.. they have 5 district qualifiers and 1 alternate. What are some others?

I will second 195 lbs as WBL's "deepest". If I am not mistaken, both Badknees and I can count... five District Qualifiers with a Dist Alt and a placer to boot...

Sectional Champion: Ebbeskotte, OG - D3 MIllbury Lake
Sectional Runner up: Tyler Smith, Elida - D2 BGSU North (Lost by dec. to 2013 State Runner-up)
3rd Place: Brown, Wapak - D2 BGSU South
4th Place: Sylas Smith, Kenton - D2 BGSU South (Lost to fellow WBLer Brown)
3rd Place: Hill, Van Wert - 3rd D3 LCC
5th Place: Morris, Defiance - 5th D2 BGSU South
6th Place: Mikesell(Bath) - 6th D2 BGSU South (Lost to fellow WBLer Morris)

7 of the 10 schools in the league placed to top off the 5 District Qualifiers. The 195 D2 guys going into BGSU running into a buzz saw of a district at that weight.

Some wrestlers at other weights may place at the Schott, no weight class deeper though.

Good Luck to all WBL guys next weekend.
