Who should they try and grab this year? Another corner to compliment Haden makes sense, you could also justify trading down and maybe getting a 2 for 1 and taking the best available corner and 3-4 end. What do you think?

Since they switched to a 3-4, they have to have a pass rushing, outside linebacker. Ezekiel Ansah from BYU has only played 9 games of football in his life, but he was a beast in that short time. He is 6-5, 271 and runs a 4.63 40. They need to get cornerback, tight end and guard too in that order.

i just hope they go defense, or a offensive guard. They really need a difference maker on the D line, or as a Linebacker.
Still waiting for the Browns to get that player on Defense that is the indentity of the team.. Like a Ray Lewis, a JJWAtt, or a that guy offenses have to scheme for.

Well Chi town boys your welcome for the Browns taking your tight end of your hands, seeing how that was one of your weakness was that he couldn't catch. Great now he can't catch for Cleveland. Way to score on that one cleveland. Would have rather drafted a tightend later rounds than a guy who hasn't been very effective in the passing game in the past 4 years.

I would like to see Cleveland to drop back to maybe a mid round pick in the draft to pick up a second. A corner or a safety would be a great first round pick. Then in the second a guard, and QB between 5 and 6.
Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth.

Yep, if they could pick up a second they could draft the Syracuse QB.

According to article in the Courier today the Feds raided the Browns owner's Flying J Truck Stop headquarters yesterday. Will be interesting to see if this will or will not effect the Browns organization.

Saw that too, I don't think this can't be good for the organization

I don't think they did anything stupid like they have in years past. I think they got some players that will help them. The best move was probably the trade for Bess.

that's funny you say that. That's what i thought as well. Mingo has potential to be a really good player, or be a bust like Cortney Brown was..
The good thing about hte draft was didn't take a QB. So we didn't just take a QB, just because we may need one. Not because we think that he is the guy for us.
Bess will see how that pans out, and how that effects the other receivers.
