LeBron, you are the greastest Basketball player ever from the great state of Ohio. You've been good for the state and helped keep the city of Cleveland from sinking into lake Erie years ago. But I guess the time has come............. Good luck in your future and I hope you don't forget about us little people here in O-H-I-O shrug2.gif

And now I hear Alicia Keys a hummin' .................................New York, New York bag.gif

My favorite person on the earth right here...............seen nothing out of him to want to win a championship.......I seriously feel a piece of me has been lost from this series.....no hearrt, no coaching, turning the ball over, cant shoot, NOTHING! Can I seriously think he threw this away? what does he want to try to pursuade the Cavs to bring in Wade if he stays.....

First off, Wade would be a horrible fit with Cleveland and LeBron.
LeBron will be back but I would dump Mike Brown, Danny Ferry and the entire roster with the exception of Hickson and Moon.

ok you have a point with wade but yes get rid of mike and maby some players but they dont need to get rid of that many the cavs would have had a better chance with a better coach who saw the match ups Big Z and Garnet would of been better than shaq and garnet. but yes get rid of the coach and no keep all the players they are all good. I dont get why he doesnt just sign and get it overwith

the thing is, if he wants to win so badly like he keeps trying to convince everyone(and himself?) that its not just about the money.....take the vet minimum and get 1 or 2 of those wades and bosh's this summer to help you do it

its not like he needs the money to live

Chris Bosh would probably work out in Cleveland better than Wade, but I would think Wade would be more willing to come to Cleveland than Bosh. it is very likely you will see essentially the same team on the court next season, exchange a few subs.

Then we will see the same results. They are the dumbest organization in sports if they do that.
LeBron will want a 3 year deal in Cleveland and that will limit the amount of interests from FA.
There's talk that Boozer may be coming back?

I'm sorry, but the Cavs have no one outside of LBJ. Any of those guys are expendable but I would be willing to keep Moon or Hickson.

I would also dump the coach.....I was just using Wade as a big name, didnt mean he would work out.

I remember a guy in a Cincinnati baseball uniform years ago that said he'd play for free. He was also a home grown boy............. Remember Pete Rose? ................. Me thinks LeBron is packing his bags and how can you blame the guy?

Cavs, Browns, Indians ... when will a Cleveland season end without seeing clips with John Elway and Michael Jordan in them? LeBron isn't even close to the level of winning intensity it takes to achieve a championship. The lay down and quit fighting end to this game was embarrassing. Play like a champion? See the Kevin Garnett factor. Had Garnett been healthy at playoff time last season, Cavs management wouldn't have wasted this year thinking they could get by with the personnel moves they made over the last year. Mike Brown had no one else to go to ... but, he should have got in LeBron's face and ripped him for lack of effort/determination/fire whatever you want to call it. You have to give everything you have to beat a team like Boston. Anyone see Rasheed Wallace out-fighting the Cavs beneath the boards? Even Rasheed was giving it all. Until you get guys (including coaches) who will give it all, this is what you'll get. Here's a suggestion: Hire a tough guy like Bill Laimbeer, and since you have no real cap room for a 2nd superstar, resign LeBron and surround him with tough guys who want to win. (Pete Rose is a great example.)

I have to say this about the lack of intensity from this Cleveland team............. It was the most disgusting pro sports team I've ver seen in the end when they laid down like a bunch of whipped **'s. Not one ounce of fight left in that team at the end, sickening to say the least.......... Now none of us know what goes on behind closed doors but by the way these guys played at the end it would seem to me that something must have happened a few games ago that pissed these players off. Maybe it was coaching, maybe it was problems among the players but something must have went terribly wrong with this team a few days/weeks ago. We may never know the true facts, but it's hard for me to believe that professional athletes don't have more pride than the way these guys went out.

Wouldn't mind seeing him in Chicago. LBJ, Rose, Noah, and a decent, young supporting cast? Sounds like the next Bulls dynasty to me.
