What's going to be proven here? Baseball hasn't really laid down the law for offenders, so why keep investigating? My opinion has led me to believe that baseball is ridiculous for letting this get so out of hand. The Mitchell Report has been published, now people just wonder more and more. We have a long list of players who "took steroids," but what are we ultimateyl accomplishing?

I have felt this very same way for awhile now. I know you have to "investigate" the illegal aspect of it and all.....but just enfoce the ban on steroids from all sports, have mandotory testing and move on. The players who named on the report will get there due when it comes to endosements and such. With all that being said, I do think if someone like Clemens wants to strongly deny any involvement, let them. They are the ones who have to stand up to the results if it is proven.

Steroids has done to much for MLB. Ratings are way up, people are seeing more and more homeruns..

It'll be a slap on the wrist and nothing will be said after this "investigation." MLB wouldn't take it's own money away from itself.

Yeah...for the most part, I don't care anymore. Anyone think that McNamee named Clemens in an effort to blackmail him so that he (McNamee) wouldn't name the Mrs? I dunno...just a funny, odd thought from the past weekend.

vic,
I do believe that you can buy it off the internet. google it and there will be multiple vendors of the stuff. it looks like $199 for a six months supply is the norm. not exactly sure that this is the same stuff as barry and roger took though

My biggest beef is that Bud Selig has made almost no move outside the new policies to fix the situation. I believe the fans at least deserve some action, whether he keeps the records set in the past ten years or just throws them out.

I am a Yankees fan so this is kind of hard for me to write. I like Clemens and Pettite but this hearing is ridiculous, congress is spending all of OUR money to find out if one person took steroids or hgh. If Clemens took it or he didnt take it who cares, the only person he is hurting is himself not anyone else.
We have a terrorist half way around the world that likes to blow up buildings, and are Soldiers getting shot at everyday, and we are worried about if someone took steroids or not. Give me a break!!!! censored.gif

Now i hear that the Patriots coach is going to congress about the videotaping, every team does it, they just got caught.
we have alot of other things to worry about in the world today, than trying to find out if someone took steroids or videotaped a football game. I am sick of congress spending our money on stupid *******, our money should be going to something worth while.
Whatever people remember of me, it will only be a fraction of the TRUTH.
