Not everyone gets to see every player in the area. Who're the very best you've seen thus far this year?

Ottoville girls defeated OG, 42-34, to go 8-0. Not too bad.

OG's best player, Katie Hempfling, didn't play....prolly out a few weeks with a lower leg/ foot injury. She would have more than made up the 8 pts. the titans lost by.

Does not matter, they are not in the same division. Won't see them again this year. A win is a win. Hope she is ready by tournament time.....

Von.......

Right now, if I had to predict, I would say that barring injuries.....Ottoville and Arlington are on a collision course come tourney time......a game for the ages!!!!!!!!!!

So what are some of the strengths of these 2 teams so far? Haven't been to a game yet this year and kind of curious to know before I go to one so I know what to expect. Are these 2 teams arguably the best in NW Ohio (D4)?

Crestview isn't what they usually are. They lost a lot of seniors off their 22-0 undefeated team...and then were upset in a devastating loss in Districts to Ottoville last year.....

The Bauer girl (just scored over her 1000th point) and Paige Motycka girl are their best players. I don't see them beating Ottoville come tournament time.

Who are Katie's parents? Is it Kevin Hempfling or his relation?

Kadie Hempfling and Kylie White from OG have been on a tear lately to say that it is one of them and with the stats they have put up against every team I am hard pressed to agree with them. Also a big fan of Grove sharpshooter Jade Clement, can really fill it up from behind the three point line.
Don't find fault, find a remedy.
