In the midst of the college football and NFL action this weekend, don't forget about the UNOH Racers Invitational bowling tournament! It kicks off at 9 a.m. Saturday at Westgate Lanes in Lima with men's and women's qualifying, running through 3 p.m. Semfinals get rolling at 8 a.m. Sunday, with finals at 1 p.m. Sunday.

An article by Jack Hammill would be welcome since I have heard that the Lima News Sports Editor has decided to not publish Jack's weekly column and the local bowling scores (although I did see a short article on Westgate's scores last Sunday). All Lima bowlers should protest to the Lima News about their rejection of the area's largest participation sport .
