I would have taken Wynford hands down in this game a month ago. After VB's showings the last 3 weeks, I'll take the Knights in a close one.

The only thing that we can strike a comparison to with this matchup is that Wynford lost to LB in week one 28-6, and Van Buren got beat by LB in week nine 20-14. We can compare wins and losses all day long though and it means nada at this point in the season. In my opinion all bets are off and this region is up for grabs to any of the remaining contenders. I'm hoping for a well officiated, injury free game. I'm thinking it will be a nice matchup and a close one. Good luck to both teams, may the best team win. GO KNIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!

If LB and VB both take care of business this week, we could see 3 BVC teams in the Regional Final game across 3 divisions (5,6,7). Though the conference has gotten some grief for it's lack of competitive edge from top to bottom, it's hard to argue that this is a very respectable league with quality teams at the top. Great year thus far for the "New Look" conference. Best of luck to VB and Arlington/McComb!

Wynford has a lot of size! I was impressed by the size of both starters and reserves in their game against Calvert.

This will be a real slobber knocker. Good old fashioned heavyweight fight and my mind thinks Van Buren will win but I have a sneaking suspicion the Royals will pull it out. More playoff experience the difference here.

They do have a lot of size. I believe they average around 240 across the line but it doesn't seem like they play quite as big as they look. I was a bit surprised at how well DJ ran on them considering how small DJ is as a team. They do seen to execute fairly well though, have good size, and nice athleticism across the board. The QB is a suspect passer and it pretty quick and nimble but he really doesn't like getting hit and goes down easily. I think it will be a good game but I think Wynford might pull it out unless van buren capitalizes on wynfords mistakes.

Is this game on any radio stations? Swing shift Friday night so no games for me.
