Roger Clemens is going to play in the World Baseball Classic but more importantly will he pitch for the Astros this year? He pitched yesterday in a simulation game and looked good. He gave up a home run to his son then threw an inside pitch during his next at bat. Clemens is still a good/great pitcher even though he is 43 years old. I would like to see him pitch one more year. What are your thoughts?

Since he can't be signed until May 1st I think they will sign him, give him all of May to get ready so that he doesn't have to pitch a full season. The only way I see him not playing is if he gets hurt or rocked during the baseball classic.

he will play atleast one more year....everyone talks about his pitching but his batting isnt bad at all...something like .219 atleast above .200 which is impressive for a pitcher...i think he lead all pitchers in BA last year
