I know every D1 school wants to go to the big dance..ie NCAA Tourny, but if you were a player on a bubble team, would you rather go to the NCAA and most assuredly get beat in 1st game, or would you prefer to go to the NIT where you may play 2 or 3 more games that season? If I was a player, I would think they would want have the chance to play more games, but I can understand the desire to make it to the Big Dance.

What do you think?

Win the League, your leagues tourny, make the big dance to at least just to give myself the shot to be a Cinderella....

Big Dance without a doubt. Like Joe said the cinderella school can win a couple of unexpected games which gives the school more exposure. Nit not so much.

Every year there's a Villanova 2008 or Arizona 2009 that just barely makes the tournament and ends up in the Sweet 16. And if you're on a team from a single bid league, just to say you played in the NCAA tournament is a huge deal.
