D3 semifinals

Game 1 Africentric 61 Berlin Hiland 48

Game 2 Waynesville 41 Doylestown Chippewa 39

May as well hand the championship to Africentric as they seem to be (literally) head and shoulders above the competition, despite being called for 3 technicals today.

Attendance for game 1: 0 according to this- http://stats.statbro...cast/?id=249043
attendance for game 2: 4804

D2 semifinals

Dayton Carroll 57 Akron SVSM 38
attendance: 0 http://stats.statbro...cast/?id=249049

must have been some extremely slim crowds if they announce the attendance for one game and not the other two.

Since they were double sessions with everyone in for both games would they only give one total attendance?

Good point, Bobby.

Wow. then 4804 for both d3 sessions.
d2 barely outdid them with 4928 witnessing Toledo Rogers defeat Thornville Sheridan 56-48

Just saw the OHSAA is moving the 2020 girls state tourney from the Schott to a location TBD. Wrestling, hockey & bowling all have their state tournaments that same weekend (March 12-14 next year). St. Johns makes sense if they wish to keep it on a "big stage" and near OSU campus. If not, where would they move it? Nationwide is too large for girls tourney, perhaps one of the smaller universities around Columbus or to a new city altogether??

maybe they will keep it at OSU and move it down the way to the new Covelli Center.......though 3,700 seats may not be enough? I am not even sure if the building is outfitted for basketball.
