My source says Taylor Bly was kicked in the head during practice 2 yrs ago and his father went to Al Clum and he was to handle it?
also says Brandon Maag humping thing happened in the weight room and many kids saw it and made statements that were not taken into consideration along witha copy of text messages that Mr Carpenter had sent the boy.and the latest is that Mr Carpenter kneed a young man in the nutts. I certainly believe there is a pattern and it cannot all be a lie.I am guessing you are a student and Mr Carpenter has been great to you?

So the kid's father knew his kid was kicked in the head SUPPOSEDLY 2 years ago and just now decided to act upon it.

Interesting coincidence.

Bly's father went to them at the time it happened.my point was nothing was done! He was told by Al Clum that he would handle it.sorry for the confusion!

Yet he didn't go to the police or anything about it. :whistling:

EDIT: If Joe Pa is held by these standards, then so should he.

  • Jeffcat maybe two years ago it was an isolated incident that was trying to be handled in house, but two years later it is still questionable actions now as a whole that may and probally should be his demise.Plenty of oppurtunity to grow up.Some people just dont get it.

Maybe the coach should receive a slap on the wrist like Mr maag and the other ham-burglars got.

I'm not sure he will have to for very long, the Lima News article said Coach Carpenter was suspended for 5 days without pay beginning Monday. The article also said he was not scheduled to work Thursday or Friday, I know of no teacher that is "scheduled" to work less than 5 days a week..........which tells me he took a couple of personal days and then will be serving his suspension next week. My guess he is updating and sending out resumes. If he can control himself and stay at Elida through March the year will go toward his tenure/ retirement and he can move on.

OHSFCA Under Armour Football Clinic......February 2nd-4th at the Columbus Hilton. I think it's safe to assume that this is why he is off today and tomorrow and has nothing to do with the suspension.

Well then he better be doing some networking at the clinic. My Guess is he doesn't get canned, but reads the writing on the wall and resigns.

My scorecard is getting confusing. Could Rocketman, Slice or another mod create a sub-forum just for Elida based topics. A centralized area for all things 'Dawgs would just make it easier. B)
